Bowls Coaching

Never bowled before? Why not come along and try it. Our qualified Bowls Scotland coaches are available to introduce aspiring bowlers of any age to the skills required to become a competent bowler. After your introductory sessions (complete with tea and biscuits) you may feel you would like to join and become a member. 


At Whitehall we operate a Junior Challenge Scheme, which requires the participant to undertake certain tasks. Having completed the five tasks a bronze certificate is awarded, and so we progress through to silver and gold.

We also encourage our juniors to enter the Junior Hat League to pit their skills against other juniors. 


Coaching takes place on a Thursday evening from 6.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. and with Sunday morning specifically set aside for Junior Coaching on Sunday morning (under 16's) from10.00 a.m. until 12 noon.
